Service Description
This session lasts one hour. Available online and in person. Payments are due online.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client: a. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation prior to the scheduled session. A fee of 50% will apply if delay not respected. b. Clients can always reschedule the session subject to availability. e. Cancelled and then rescheduled sessions are not subject to a full refund if delay is not respected. Rescheduling by the Client: a. Rescheduling requests made up to 48 hours notice will not incur any additional charges or penalties. c. If a rescheduling request is made later than 48 hours of the scheduled sessions, a fee of 50% will apply if delay not respected. Cancellation by the Coach: a. In the rare event that the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, the coach will provide the client with as much notice as possible, or refund if rescheduling is not possible. No-shows: a. If a client fails to attend a coaching session without providing prior notice (a "no-show"), the session will be fully charged.
